ICSA is seeking to recruit a number of Membership Development Officers to sell ICSA membership to farmers and to assist in the promotion of the association. The successful candidates will be allocated a specific territory that will be suitable to their circumstances.

The ideal candidate(s) will be self-motivated, energetic and outgoing, capable of building a rapport with farmers/ ICSA members. An aptitude for selling and promoting the association will be critical. A farming background or an excellent knowledge of farming issues is very important to this post.

The positions are available on a part-time or full-time basis, with flexible working arrangements.

Remuneration will be on a generous commission basis.
